Writer’s Block? WHO ME?

BlogHer had a great prompt today:

“Have you ever had extended writers’ block? How long did it last? What did you do to break out of it, and do you have tips for other bloggers?”

I was excited to see this prompt today because I know at one time or another everyone has some degree of writer’s block.  However, I find that it does not happen to me very often.  The reason is that I have learned to become a visual writer.

A visual writer is someone who can look at photos, or even real life images, and find a story hidden within.  I practice this technique with my Haiku in English on a regular basis.  It is not hard to do and with some repeat attempts you will be amazed at what flows from your creative center.
